Is there any way to um , reduce the fat in your lips without having surgery or something? Like can we workout or something and the fat will slowly disappear? or will i stay this forever!

You really can't get rid of the fat in your lips, and most people want to do the opposite. With time though, the collagen does diminish, which is why older people always has thinner lips as a whole. Be happy with what you got!
ps. if you get braces, it shifts your teeth and sometimes your lips will protrude less.

put foundation on your lips. It blends your lips to your skind color makes an illusion that your lips are smaller. It also hides your natural color and help the lipstick color show.

Lip liner and some lipsticks can give you that illusion. Jus line your lips a tad smaller.

using lip liner etc light lip lighter and darker towards the inside of the lips makes them look smaller.
frankly, i have no idea why you would want to do that
most people try hard to make their lips look bigger.

lol i got thicka lips for an asian too, my black friend used to say i got n*gga lips, but urs must be pretty damn bad if u wanna get rid of em that bad
