Sounds like you are a girl.. but based on those #'s you are a guy.... you are skinny fat, 1% from 15 means you're just a teeeny bit in shape. Sounds like you have made progress so let us help you effectively in this one reply.
Start from 0. I don't care about your past or where you were before.
You're new starting place is My height is 5'9, 147 pounds and 14 percent body fat according to this machine.
* though you are better off getting 3 different people with Caliper experience to test your bodyfat.
Regardless. 15% in the bodybuilding community is not even close for guys who wants "hAwT AbZ" some people can get away with 8-10% others 12%, and others need to drop as low as 5-6% it varies by person - same with face fat. You are screwed basically until you either learn to flex bone, or drop some more body fat, or add muscle and drop more body fat% - you'll probably have to get to the same weight as a girl.
Unless your a competitor for the Bikini Universe Global Pageant, or a Fitness Model, Exercise Vixen. As a Hawtiez girl you shouldn't bE 147 lbs. oNlY noN fLaBBy hAwtIeZ tHaT dOnT JiGGlEz ..
ahem a girl that has built a hot physique etc will weigh more always. Since I can't tell other then make a deductive guess. We'll go with the most logical guess... ~ since a girl at that height and at that weight would not be 14% body fat and complain about face fat.

No idea, you'll have to find out where you are happy then get an accurate body-fat check if it matters though unless your a bodybuilder it won't, so just go find your happy place.

women have this tendency to "get it" like grasp how simple it is to look hot and get healthy later on then guys ~ last night a 40-45 year old asian woman of japanese or hawaiian chinese descent was working out with her mid 40's balding shaved head husband. despite the fact there were teenagers and twenty-somethings abound the gym ~ she captivated everyones attention because even tho she was out of shape (pooch and all) she was doing a damn fine job training exercising and looking hot doing it!
I thanked God that night I was not a female in that gym. I also was pretty amused by a older gentleman blatantly staring at her across the gym. I managed to compliment him on his superb fitness regiment ~

Use sprinter workouts, if you know any people in track and field that do sprinter training or have in the past, ask them to take you through a sprinter workout. Or football players : linebackers, runningbacks, wide recievers, slots, cornerbacks. Soccer players, anytype of explosive sport type of athlete.
