I know, I'm in the same boat as you. Cept my legs are already muscular!! All I know to do is cardio XD And probably something like yoga or pilates to stretch your muscles or something making you seem slimmer.

I'm in the same position as you if your calves are jiggling and you can grab a handful of skin/fat sad.gif . I had them slimmer before not too long ago during winter season when I played basketball. If you have longer legs, I've been told you have more of an advantage in getting them slimmer as oppose to shorter people such as myself.

Here's what worked for me. I ran a lot. No jogging. Of course if you're beginning and aren't use to it, warm up by fast walking then jogging and then run. Running burns a lot of calories since it's fast paced and you often extend your legs far as you can to take long strides. It makes you tighter while you're burning fat. Afterwards, I stretched and did some yoga. If I had time, I would do it for an hour or until my body is loosened.

Of course I still had some muscles, but my calves were stronger, lifted, and my legs looked longer. I hope you'll find satisfied results if you try this but if you don't want to run then here's a website that can help you:

Also, pilates will help too. That will defnitley add less bulgy muscles to your calves.

Jump roping. From my experience it didn't take long to tone at all. And my calves are nice and toned, non jiggly and not muscly at all.

Agreed. Jump rope ~ ellipticals ~ run a little ~ do weighted repititions of 9-15 reps, as long as it is challenging, if you are focused on your last 3-4 reps.. it is a good weight. Follow that with a less restrictive diet ~ you'll be fine.
