I'm in the same position as you if your calves are jiggling and you can grab a handful of skin/fat

. I had them slimmer before not too long ago during winter season when I played basketball. If you have longer legs, I've been told you have more of an advantage in getting them slimmer as oppose to shorter people such as myself.
Here's what worked for me. I ran a lot. No jogging. Of course if you're beginning and aren't use to it, warm up by fast walking then jogging and then run. Running burns a lot of calories since it's fast paced and you often extend your legs far as you can to take long strides. It makes you tighter while you're burning fat. Afterwards, I stretched and did some yoga. If I had time, I would do it for an hour or until my body is loosened.
Of course I still had some muscles, but my calves were stronger, lifted, and my legs looked longer. I hope you'll find satisfied results if you try this but if you don't want to run then here's a website that can help you:
