Obviously I'm going to go to an advisor about this but I'd like some input if anyone can help.
I'm majoring in Japanese with the intention of moving to Japan and living there for at least a few years. The thing is that I want to live in an more rural area in Japan (in Kyushu if anyone knows Japan). There are a few cities there that I'll have to rely on for a job but they definitely don't have the same opportunities for foreigners that big cities like Tokyo. Since it's going to be more difficult to find a job, I really would like to know the best options for a second major or minor
My best choices seem to be double majoring in International Relations or General Business or minoring in Finance, TESOL, or Marketing. There aren't many fields that I can double major in because it'd take too long to graduate
Honestly my goal right now is finding myself a job to get me there. I have nothing in particular that I have my heart set on doing so I really would just like to know the smartest degree to get for my situation
Does anyone have any experience or advice?
