i'd say just get a hot compress or one of those things that you can heat up,
and press it on your stomache,
the heat should calm down your stomache and relax the stomache muscles
its' less stressing that way at least D=

Drink lots of water and drink Pepto Bismol
Waw, you have a weak stomach. I take a sip of expired milk many times, because there's much leftover and I don't want to throw it right away, so I try it out first to see it's gone bad or not haha.

I drink expired milk occasionally if I'm really desperate and I never get sick. Just rest and drink a lot of water.

I'd suggest some Ibuprofen and a hot compress for cramps. But I guess Pepto Bismol would be better for a sour stomach. I had to take that once at outdoor ed when I was little after throwing up the meatloaf they fed us for dinner and I felt better and then puked the 2nd time. It was really gross, but it cleared up everything.

Actually there isn't much you can do, except do your bathroom runs. Diarrhoea is the body's way to get rid of the bacteria.
Maybe the milk wasn't stored at the right temperature. (at or below 4 degrees centigrade)
Even if it was a tiny sip, for some bacteria you only need a few to make you sick while others need much more.

I had put expired milk by accident in my tea before and the milk like separated from the tea when I stirred it D:
So just smell it when it's at it's expire date to see if it's alright to drink it or not

i remember this one time in elementary school i had horrible food poisoning. i was running to the bathroom like mad and i was throwing up anything i ate or drank. one night my mom woke me up and did the needle thing and immediately i felt better and i stopped throwing up everything and running to the bathroom. i'm not telling you to do this .. lol. just an interesting story i thought i'd share.
anyways ... your body is just trying to get it out of your system. remember to drink plenty of water. also, i always smell all my food before i eat it if i'm not sure if it's still good or not. it's a good thing i rarely ever drink milk. lol. i'm pretty sure sour milk will smell pretty sour.

that's like what the koreans do where when your stomach hurts and they do that. they're normally afraid of the needle in the dramas.
