Have You Ever Deleted Something Off Of Jumpdrive And You Didn't Mean To? Well, i did, HELP!!!!!

I worked 9 hours on a project and i accidently deleted the file off of my jumpdrive. I looked everywhere on my computer for it, but i'm doomed.
Is there anyway possiblei can retrieve it? and no, files you delete of your jumpdrive dont' go to the recycle bin. i checked like 328475868 times

i've always thought if you delete it from a flash drive, it's gone forever but there's data recovery tools
