Help On Dl-ing Videos! for my video ipod.

heylo! im sort of new to downloading videos and things onto my ipod video.
can anyone teach me/tell me the exact steps on dl-ing a video/movie/etc and having
it converted to my ipod so i can watch it?

i really really really need help on this T_____T;; THANK YOU!

WELL i don't have an ipod or anything ,
but this website : www.zamzar.com
converts video files and URLs into different formats

if youre on mozilla, download the add-on "downloadhelper" basically whenver theres a video (youtube, veoh, wtvr) thats on a streaming site, you can download it. THen all you needa do is convert the file that youve downloaded to mpeg-4 with a file converter

i believe that if you download the desktop beta version, its faster to download.
and you can pick settings for conversion.
like video for ipod.
and you can strip music from mv's.
