Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Administrative > Change System Locale > English (United States) > OK > Apply > OK then reboot your computer.
Reason why I answered this first is because you must select English and reboot before starting setup again. To get English, you must un-install anything related to the Logitech mouse, reboot and re-install it. This time it will give you English :]

You will need to delete the original pairing of the Logitech Bluetooth mouse on your computer and re-setup the software and the mouse, finally re-pairing the mouse with the Bluetooth on your computer.

^neither worked: Instructions still come up in Korean and the installation guide says that I do not have the bluetooth requirements needed for the mouse which is absurd because I've used it on this computer before. Thanks for your help though. Does anyone know what I have to do now?
