Hi i was wondering if anyone knew how to make an interacrice CD with clickable links and music and what not. what program would i use?

You can make almost anything auto-run on a CD/DVD (providing that the appropriate applications are installed).
To make an interactive CD, you can a CD/DVD authoring application that allows interactive menu's, or Microsoft PowerPoint or even a basic command script using cases.
The easiest for a no-vice is probably Microsoft PowerPoint: http://www.terbergdesign.com/images/PDFs/Feb_04CTjt.pdf
