what in the freaking world is that gruff, vulgar-sounding language?
I was thinking it was some dialect of chinese that i didn't know of.
Or some language similar to Japanese.
But turns out that I loved it eventually. hahaha

I think Korean sounds whiny too..When my bf and I first started dating, he'd always talk to his friends in korean and I thought he was a huge whiner

the korean used by girls on the street sounds like whinny brats.
the korean on songs and some tv shows sounds like japanese when i'm not really paying attention.

ive heard from non-koreans that the country accent sounds like japanese. x]

at one time I thought it sounded like a mix of spanish and chinese..(weird..I know lol)
but now it seems to flow (can't think of a word to describe it really..)as mentioned above

and the tone of korean is stronger than japanese

Well it very VERY different from German and tagalog..I always didn't know if it was japanese or korean
But now I am used to korean and japanese since I watch lots of dramas and super junior ,dbsk shinee stuff etc. =)
