how do you send a ringtone to your phone?

I only know 2 ways of transferring the ring tones from the computer over the your phone.

- / f i r s t
Using a USB cord. Just connect the cord to your phone and computer and you'll be able to transfer items.


- / s e c o n d
Sending it from the computer to phone via text message. There are some sites that let you do that. What sites? I'm not sure myself since I don't use this technique.
