Always Hungry & Sleepy?

Im 16, and it's summer. I've been planning on loosing weight but
instead,i found myself being always hungry and eating ALOT more than i usually do
I finished my periods three weeks ago and i still eat as much by hunger!
Seriously,i finish cookies boxes within 2 days and eats like, 4 dinners per day.
Plus,of course eating makes me sleepy so i sleep - and eating-sleeping all the time
makes me loose alot of energy,and i can't do well at work ( sup energy drinks, sugar fat fat fat.)

Im very small, and i hope it's just growth, but everyone im my family is pretty small,
and i don't want to gain weight when im trying to loose it!

What could be wrong?

And as well,if anybody can tell me stuff about mono,just in case.

I don't know but I've been gaining weight because of this too. In matter of fact, I'm hungry now.. I'm short and skinny but in no time, I'll be short and fat and I'll look like a ball or something.

same age, same target, same goal, same situation. yes, the only thing that keeps me awke is computer, but sitting by the pc for the entire day isnt that good either. yes, i suck, i cant even reach my desire weight. yes, i really suck

we tend to eat a lot because the stuff we eat now a days don't have the nutrients and stuff our bodies need. that's why we gain a lot weight-when you put a lot of food in and you're hungry in the next hour or so. and sleepiness is caused by all the bad perservatives and fat in the food you get food coma x.x most of the stuff on the market doesn't have the quality food nowadays. cause everyone tends to buy cheaper stuff, cause organic &higher quality items are more expensive. =/

yea thats happening to me too -.-
im was short and skinnier but i gains some weight
-.- over the summer i couldnt stop eating and i swear im starting to
get lazier :[ i think it would help if you started like a gym membership
or something cause if you start exercising more you will have a faster
metabolism and it will give you more energy tongue.gif

Yes, I'm always hungry. But not always sleepy.
I get quite a lot of sleep, when I think about it, actually!

I'm the same as you too!!! I eat alot and sleep alot too

I've read an article online that says that we usually feel sleepy after we eat alot because all of our energy is concentrated on digesting the food we just ate and so that's why we feel sleepy.

I think that instead of eating all the time when you're hungry, try to control your hunger with water or energy drinks like that. It might help.

HAHA OMG this is so true! I sit on the computer then I forget all about my hunger and all >_< But uh... sometimes I bring food with me fo works 50% of the time ;_; And on the computer it's worse cuz I don't realize that I'm hungry so i jstu KEEP EATING.

ANd YUKIE YOU'RE SO CUTE I LOVE YOU! I know some tricks! Umm one trick is um eat a lot in a day but only small proportions, that'll help digestion and thus you won't gain weight. When you eat a lot at once it makes you gain weight XD I heard Eva Longoria or someone like that use to eat 7 meals day, but small ones. Basically 7 snacks kinda. XD ALso eating too much makes you wanna sleep (DAMN I LOVE SLEEPING)

Then another trick is to drink water. People call it a "coupe-faim" like cut hunger XD Because it's suppose to cut your hunger or make your hunger deminish. And I think it's true!

If none of those work... Resist the temptation ;_;

lol stress less, i eat so much my boyfriend complains all the time saying 'it'll catch up with you one day! you'll see' ._.
i read somewhere it means you're dehydrated :/ not sure if it's true or not but it doesn't hurt to drink more water. try it out and if not then i'm not sure D:

I am always hungry and sleepy too but, I think it's mostly stemmed from stress. I try to substitute food now. If I am really hungry and want a snack instead of grabbing some chips I eat an apple instead. It's kind of difficult for me though, because I have cravings lol.
