I was enrolled into the Keep The Change program around 2 weeks ago. I check my online statements and they STILL don't show me my summary. Does anyone know where you can click into to find the summer page for how much you've saved.

Apprently it's supposed to look like this but it doesn;'t tell you where you find it!

If it under your savings account summary? Because I don't see that neither! Are they jipping me becuase I've been using my Check card like NUTS for this. D: Wahhh.

Okay this is what I did...

1. Log onto Bank of America Online Banking (this is where you're on the page where you can either select to see your "Checking" or "Savings Account" and it shows each balance on the middle of the screen).

2. Click "Checking"

3. On the very right hand side, it should already be on your screen, should be a place where it says "Keep the Change Savings"... it tells you how much you've already saved and that you can "view history". Looks like...

4. If this doesn't work, you should be able to see how much you've been saying when you look at your "Account Activity".

Now if none of these don't work, cause I assumed that you already had done everything I just told you before. It's either because they haven't activated it to show up online yet, or there must be a problem. You should call the number that's on the back of your card.
