For me, I have to say that I absolutely love love LOVE "Requiem For a Dream (Lux Aeterna)" by Clint Mansell. It's an amazing score, so amazing, it's been used in twenty different movie trailers, most notably in Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.
After that, it would be the score from the movie Love Story, "Mt. Gagazet" from Final Fantasy X, and maybe the score from Remember the Titans.
