Feeling Tired All The Time

i sleep avg 8 hours a day and sometimes when i wake up i feel so tired thru out the day. I do go hit the gym 4 times a week... so wuts up with dat? unsure.gif

How is your diet? Perhaps your body is lacking particular nutrients.

pretty much just..

breakfast
egg whites
oatmeal
+fish oil

brunch
low fat yogurt + fruit

lunch
chicken breast or tuna
with some brown rice

afternoon
oatmeal bannana

afterworkout
protein shake

dinner
chicken breast or tuna or salmon
brown rice brocoli
+fish oil

i feel tired all the time too. so i only hit up the gym like once a week during school.

You should include a little protein in the afternoon also.
Perhaps some nuts or something. Eating looks half decent.
Do you sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time
every night?

im tired all the time too! especially my eyes... they can hardly open

the suggested serving for fruits and veggies [according the pyramid food table] is 5-8 servings. you might want to add more veggies into your diet?

Yeah, I don't think your body is getting sufficient amounts of nutrients.... even though judging from the list of your diet, it seems pretty alright. I was like this after I had stopped drinking coffee =/

honestly i think the best thing is to go get a check up. when's the last time you had a blood test?

what's your gym routine like? do you exercise outside of the gym? [ie sports]
how many calories do you get in a day? you make any gains lately?

i have the same problem
so i am very tired the whole day
so i can't concentrate at school much because i feel so tired

i train 2 muscle a day and i eat clean most of the time... but i think i lack of fat and vitimin B somebody told me which is like fruit and veggie

What time do you fall asleep? o.O
I've noticed that people who fall asleep at 2 AM as opposed to 11 PM are more tired, even if they got the same amount of sleep.

i usuually sleep 1-3 am but i still get 8-9 hours of sleep

i find that when i go to sleep early im really tired when i wake up whereas when i sleep late which is usually around 2-3 am in the morning get up at 7 or 8 im not as tired...is this wierd or what>? crazy.gif
