I thought some schools that offer International Business would offer a co-op exchange program in 3rd year. Thus if you already have created connections in that country you exchanged in it should be easier?

My cousin (at first) only majored in international business, but when she started looking for internships, she found out that most companies don't have a straight "international business" department; they were all specific fields. So then she minored in marketing, and now she's doing pretty well for her age.
As for my own opinion, both radiology and international business sound fun! I was interested in international business at one point, but decided I wasn't cut out for business at all. I also liked the traveling aspect of it, but at the same time, it could also be a con, specifically for when you start your own family. You might have to move them around with you all the time, or spend a lot of time away from them.
Either way, it is your own decision! Good luck! :)
