Hello, I am hesitating between majoring in International BUsiness or Radiology.
I love both. I am interested in radiology because i like science. I like International business too because i like to negotiate and travel.
Any one can tell me which one i should go into?

I'm an International Business major, I really like the travel aspects, it's something I've always wanted to do, and it could guarantee job security even if the USA eventually falls apart and the economy really sinks, because foreign business will always be around. My school has me do a study abroad in like my third year so I'm super excited for that, the hard part is mastering another language.

you're going to have a hard time finding a job majoring in international business... (this is based upon what my friends have done with an international business degree).

I thought some schools that offer International Business would offer a co-op exchange program in 3rd year. Thus if you already have created connections in that country you exchanged in it should be easier?

radiology from what i've heard is a really good paying job for very limited study involvement but you are also increasing your chances, whether small or not to cancer. pays well, comfortable job/living from what an acquintance had told me. I kinda almost wish I did...

From what I hear, in order to be successful with an international business degree, you have to pair it up with a more specific business-related degree. International business is too broad of a field, so it's better to minor or specialize in something like finance, marketing, etc.

My cousin (at first) only majored in international business, but when she started looking for internships, she found out that most companies don't have a straight "international business" department; they were all specific fields. So then she minored in marketing, and now she's doing pretty well for her age.

As for my own opinion, both radiology and international business sound fun! I was interested in international business at one point, but decided I wasn't cut out for business at all. I also liked the traveling aspect of it, but at the same time, it could also be a con, specifically for when you start your own family. You might have to move them around with you all the time, or spend a lot of time away from them.

Either way, it is your own decision! Good luck! :)
