So recently I been having a hard time just to sleep. It takes more than a few hours to sleep
and I sometimes I have to take a sleeping pill just to make me fall asleep. Another promblem
I have is I also squint and have alot of tension on my face when I try to sleep. I try to
relax my face but, I just end up squinting my face again with the next few minutes.
I did not change my sleeping pattern at all this whole summer, I always slept and woke up at the same time,
and neither have I been drinking caffine at night times.
Does anyone know what I should do or anything? Please and thank you

Or sex. Seriously. Most people sleep better after masturbating or having sex. It'll knock you right out.

Maybe you can try exercising during the day to make yourself tired? I realized I kind of clench my jaw when I'm lying down and i close my eyes really tightly. Try clearing your mind, too. Is there anything stressing you out/bothering you?

Try exercising, fix your eating habits, cut out bad foods, eat frequently, take a mineral supplement for zinc and magnesium ~ ZMA's very cheap prior to bed time, drink lots of water - Learn to sleep comfortably. Make your room a room to sleep in and study. Buy sleepwear that is more comfortable, or wear less. There is strong evidence as the earlier poster stated that masturbation would be an effective method to fall asleep.
