i'm just curious about other people's diet.

i don't eat a normal 3 meals a day. i just snack and eat whenever i'm hungry. but i'll eat atleast a bowl of rice everyday with the typical asian side dishes. lately i've been eating too much snacks and sweets so i'm going on a diet. XD

Weight: 117 lbs.
Ummm... I don't have specific times when I eat breakfast, I eat a little while after I wake up, normally like a bowl of rice or waffles (because I wake up at different times everyday, haha) and then whenever I'm hungry I'll go eat something else and then I'll eat again in the evening and that's it.

uh usually
Breakfast - bowl of oatmeal + 3 whole eggs, 2 whites scrambled
with tea or OJ or both sometimes. (rest of the meals are usually
just with water, and the occasional soda)
Meal 2 - PB Sandwich
Workout
Meal 3 - Protein Shake + Banana
Meal 4 - Chicken breast + vegetables + rice
Meal 5 - (random meat) + vegetables + (bread or left over rice)
Meal 6 - Cheese + Crackers or Casein Shake or 4-6 egg whites
if I ate something else for bfast.
This is not always just somewhat typical

i eat peanut butter and toast for breakfast (and sometimes cereal too,) a granola bar and a fruit for a snack, a burrito or leftovers (pasta) for lunch, an early dinner with rice, potatoes, and veggies. and then a snack with yogurt, milk, and cookies.
i eat a LOT tho. like, i can't just have normal portions xD. but i do expend a lot of energy.

breakfast: a cup of honey nut cheerios(or even half a cup if im running late) with 2% milk
lunch: i like to have variatey.. but today i had 15 sticks of cucumber, 15 sticks of pepper, 2 pieces of cheese, and cold cut meat.
after school snack: 1 cup of kellogs corn flakes and (had a drumstick to eat my sorrows away
had a bad day)
Dinner: rice, meat, veggies
