I've heard that body fat wise they're very inaccurate.
Body mass i'm not sure. Best bet for body fat is to use
calipers.

It's said that using BMI is more accurate, but I'm not quite sure tho'...
I'm still in normal weight if I'm using BMI calculate...

Sorry Soojin but you are wrong. BMI is the conventional way for a doctor to tell someone politely they are fat, skinny-fat, or horribly out of shape. Problem is people don't realize they are having smoke and mirrors played across their minds in an effort to protect their " fragile feelings ". Course I think that is the main reason why young people that should be fit in shape and freaking gorgeous vibrant youths are even facing issues like childhood obesity, fatigue, insomnia, getting sick all the time, lack of energy, inability to play any sports, adult onset diabetes. etc

Hm, if you want accuracy i say go buy a body fat calipe, it's like $5.. I use that for precise measurements while i use my scale as something for weekly progress. I don't really care for the number as long as it goes down every week
