"Would you ever hit your girlfriend? OR Have you? if you did, why?

If you stay with them, you never know what he may do to you next.
Happened to my cousin, he slapped her once, she stayed with him,
he hit her multiple times afterwards, but she still stayed with him.
and now they're married, he's an abusive husband.

i always used to think that it'd be so easy to fight back. or at least get out of an abusive relationship.... but it really isn't.
like.. when i get asked a question like that the thought that automatically comes up is, " ;alksjf kill that motherfcker!!! i'd sock him in the jaw and kick him in the balls!!"
but i know that if i actually got hit by my bf that's not what would happen. hopefully i'd be able to acknowledge the fact that it is an abusive relationship and admit to myself that i deserve better and then leave him

Never... hit girls, its just not fair.
If I was the girl, I'd give 1 swift kick to the balls and be out of the relationship.

Whenever we play any kinds of game..and we kinda slap thier hands for punishment..
I can never do it..lol
I would never hit a girl in anyway.
ESPECIALLY someone I like/love =(.
I guess you can call me nonviolence person.
if it comes to like murdering or abusing any of my close friends or family.
Then thats when you gotta be the lion in the jungle.

i'd leave right then and there..
but then i thought about it..
if my bf ever hit me....it would take a while to really get to me
i might not even say anything and just let it go.
but of course be traumatized by it.
read DREAMLAND by Sarah Dessen. it really gives some description on it..really heartbreaking and scary!

I’ve thrown a chair at a guy once, but I was young and ill-tempered, and he pissed me off.
I don’t really know what I’d do, due to all of those books I’ve read about abuse, and the fact that none of my S/Os have hit me seriously before. But if they did, I’d probably grab a lamp and beat him across the head with it.

a real man doesn't hit a woman anyways.
who would settle for a wifebeater?
your friends would be crazy if they stayed in a relationship with an abuser.
i wouldn't let it get to the point where he'd use violence and if he did...
i make a nice phone call to the popos =_=

My girl friend got a knife for her birthday a couple of years ago. She worked as a waitress at a bar then, and would have to walk home late at night all the time, so she found it really reassuring to have it in her purse. She got really good at flicking the blade open and she loved to show her knife off to people haha. She's never had to use it, as far as I know, but she loved it enough that she bought all her close girlfriends knives for Christmas. I got my boyfriend to teach me how to flick it open dramatically, but I really haven't had to use it except for in that one situation. It usually just sits in the bottom of my purse haha...it wasn't as cool as it reads--it took a while for me to dig it out.

Some 40-year-old man at a club pushed me because I told him to quit being a bi*ch when my friend blew him off and he was all butt hurt. Yeah, I pushed him back and he came at me again, but my friend's guy friend was there to stop him. Not saying that I'm extremely tough because I probably would have cried if he hit me because I have a low pain tolerance, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't kick his butt through my tears haha
I would tell him it's over and leave. I don't need an explanation.
My boyfriend had me carry a knife he gave me for a while and showed me how to use it. I don't have it anymore, but I guess he made me this stick thingy made of metal to beat people with haha

unless we're messin around in the car. playfully=X
well for me its easy, cuz im really patient..and i can control my anger well even when im pissed the F*** off...
im more of a talking...type if im mad ill yell..but im rarely mad so you'll rarely hear me yell..
if i want to hit something, there's a punching bag... but never take your anger out on someone, esp your s/o...there's no reason to >_>
i just feel bad for the women in the world that have been abused=T makes me sad...
and personally i'd be scared to hit certain girls..i know a few that hit damn hard..and they got an advantage on guys =T...damn our weakness!
