you know when you get tired after exercising and then you plonk yourself on the bed and sleep.

Your body actually can start losing weight, if your diet and exercise have been effective and CONSISTENT ( weeks, months ).
mind repair, emotion repair, physical repair, muscles are rebuilt stronger and faster etc o.O Proper water regulation is conducted so if you have been sleeping poorly after a week or two of consistent solid rest the bloat that makes you look 5-10 lbs fatter goes away. Plenty other stuff. ITS GOOD FOR YOU~ I refuse to put anymore information, you must go research or test it out on yourself.
*note : sleeping period is good for you, not just after exercise.

i dont see whats so bad about it ^^
they usually tell you not to excercise before sleeping cuz it can keep you up, but hey, if it helps you sleep then why not! you can give your muscles a break to repair themselves when you do
