hey I want to gain a little muscle and tone my body after cause i'm sort of a skinny guy
i'm 5'7
132 pounds
I just want to look more fit
I have slight abs that you can barely see cause of the layer of fat covering, so it's more like a plateau?
my arms are sort of skinny but not like a stick
i've never worked out before
yeah... just want a recommendation for a routine i could do daily that will strengthen my arms/abs as well as defining my abs
and how do you get the nice back? i've always been wondering cause my back looks awkward
and i can't go to a gym...
