I don't know what's wrong but I scar really easily now =/ Even a little scratch will leave a scar on me -.-

I accidentally stubbed my toe from a door corner, and now there's a scar =/ places like fingers and toes usually don't scar right? well I scar there now O_O

My sister is one of those crazy scratchers so when we got into a fight a few weeks ago, she dug her fingers nails into my skin and now it's left an imprint that looks like I got bit by a beast >__>;; Usually when she scratches me (or digs my skin out ph34r.gif ), I heal but this one is staying =(

It wasn't always like this o-o

is it cause I'm lacking some sort of vitamin or something?
What am I aposed to be eating that'll help my skin repair quicker and not end up with scars?

It's frustrating cause every time I get a little cut or scratch - I will scar. and not only that but the scars will continue to itch or have a burning sensation even after several months.. >.<

I'm the same way!! It's ridiculous how I'll get a simple bug bite or a scratch and it turns into a scar. sleep.gif

maybe it's all in your head. or maybe it has something to do with you lacking something that your body needs in order to heal. your sister sounds like a little monster. lol.
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy

I have the same exact problem. My leg would barely braise a bench corner, and I'll get a huge scar from it. I went to my doctor when I was younger and inquired about it. He basically said that it's not so much how you get the scar, but it matters on where you get the scar and how your genetic tendency forms scars. He basically said it's genetic.

But he did say that vitamins (vitamin C) help in the healing process.

Just gotta be extra careful.

Buuut, just to be extra cautious, you should see your doctor about those burning sensations..

wow, i'm worst than you, I am the type of person that always feel itchy and scratch myself alot. I have scars eveywhere! My legs and arms are full of scars from my childhood...>__< I always thought that my body is weaker than the others and that my skin does not regenerate properly. But oddly enough, I consider myself stronger than the other girls. I easily get 40+ in that hand power strength test despite having a chopstick body >__>

but seriously, i get scars from minor injuries. Even mosquitoes give me scars. I hate to see all those girls who wear skirts and showoff legs while im stuck wearing pants and tights. Even if the girls are fat, they all seem to have flawless leg skins, as if they never played outside and fell sad.gifsad.gif
And I dont even have hair growing on my legs to cover the horrible scarring. I think some guys even have nicer legs than me. Some people have really soft and beautiful skin tears.gif tears.gif tears.gif tears.gif tears.gif

try using collagen, because it seems your skin doesnt make enough of it by the sound of how you have dents left behind.

I get scars and bruises really easily. I tend to not notice them unless they are on my hands.

Erm, I have had one on my left hand for two months. It wasn't even a bad scar since it was just a scratch from a shelf at work.

I am glad that you can't really see it anymore (after two months) =P

its b/c you are asian. asians, blacks and hispanics scar easily due to the yellow/olive undertone of our skin. i actually asked a doctor b.c i had so many acne scars. she said its important to wear sun screen and exfoliate so the scars can fade faster. theres nothing you can do to prevent it.

It could be you have vitamin c deficiency. Go see your doctor and get a blood test done to see if your lacking anything.

I also have the same problem... I have scars & I dunno when I got it... sweatingbullets.gif
It depends on your skin... Usually it would dissapear after a week or so...
If it didn't work, then use Mederma... I tried it before and it really worked...
