What do you guys think about black people comitting crimes against Asians.
It's not only the 1992 L.A. terror attack on Koreatown where you see blacks on Asian hate crimes.
Just recently, a Korean store owner in the Bay area, Richmond area to be specific, was stabbed and assaulted.
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?.../BA4Q12J8V9.DTL
Then there was another incident in Gardena this year in May where a Korean store owner was gunned down by black suspects.
http://articles.latimes.com/2008/may/15/local/me-gardena15
YOu also hear of multiple cases of Chinese restaurant deliverymen getting assaulted or stabbed to death in the NYC and the DC areas.
So sad. I wonder what jesse jackson and al sharpton have to say about anti-Asian hate crimes committed by black people.

it's more like people robbing places in high crime areas.
and coincidentally, alot of koreans operate businesses in these places...
before koreans, jews operated in these areas and many were killed also...
also if you research the history behind korean/black relations in LA and New York, the blame is not strictly on blacks as Koreans
have marginalized the black community by being racist towards them...
look up Latasha Harlins and see what happened there....

^^ agree.
it's not 'hey, they're koreans, let's kill them!'
it's more... 'imma rob a store, and the owner happened to be korean.'
crime is everywhere.
crime is crime.
i would like crime to die down in general.

What happened with the latasha harlins incident? Let me tell you TRUE facts, not the bullsh_t facts from the liberal PC media.
Latasha harlins f-cked around with Ms. Soon-Ja Du because she thought that Ms Doo was some old fart Asian lady who couldn't speak English well.
So she took a bottle of orange juice and proceeded to walk out of the store.
When Ms. Doo confronted harlins, harlins became very angry and reacted violently by punching Ms. Doo in the face.
That's typicall how blacks respond to confrontation, is to assault a person.
So Ms. Doo was scared for her life, so she got out a pistol and shot the girl for self-defense.
And what does the black community do? they get violent, start to riot and resort to terrorism. Yes, it wasn't a riot, that 1992 incident was a terrorist attack on Koreans in the Koreatown area.
Many Koreans who worked hard and earned a lot of money to open up a small business in the LA Koreatown area only saw their hard work burn to ashes. So sad.
Many of the Korean store owners boarded up and moved back to Korea, or moved to other parts of the US.
It's so disgusting that the LAPD never even bothered to help the Koreans to be protected from the looters.
In addition, I was also disgusted to read the newspaper stating that Korean store owners were racist, when in fact, many black customers tend to be racist towards the Korean store owners themselves. They think it's cool to be a bad ass to rob an Asian store.
At the same time, there have been many Chinese restaurant delivery guys getting stabbed to death by being ambushed by black thugs. This happens a lot in the NYC or DC areas. Very scary.
I'd wish Asians do their businesses in better cleaner neighborhoods. Get away from the ghettos.

I watched the video of the incident in KA studies class. If I remember correctly yes, Latasha assaulted the store owner but, she was was actually starting to leave the store before the woman pulled out a gun shot her. This started out with a young girl who was stealing a bottle of juice and ended with her death.
Both Korean Americans moved into these communities there was already a lot of racial tension and the black community was feeling very frustrated. Having KAs move into the community sparked the flames of revolt. Because of cultural clash and misunderstanding these tensions built up until they exploded and resulted in the L.A. riots.
This tension was also fueled by the newspapers and media. The LA times were supportive of the black community saying the leaders were leading a revolution or something along those words. And the New York Times were more sympathetic of the Korean community.
And of course police didn't dare enter the area. They feared for their lives, it was like hell with people breaking and looting the stores and people dragged out their cars.
edit: again because of cultural difference Koreans who moved into the communities were totally unaware of the racial tensions that had pre-existed so they were essentially replacing the Jewish people who were the previous scapegoats.

Of course, because Ms. Doo was probably very pissed off for having a younger person disrespect an older person. At least in Asian culture where people have manners, unlike blacks, you never assault an older person.
So harlins shouldn't have been miss hardcore and punch an older woman.
Blacks always like to resort to terrorism by staging riots, burning down buildings, killing people. It's so retarded.

Even if she was angry she didn't have the right to shoot the young girl. Human life shouldn't be taken so lightly :\ It wasn't like the girl pulled a weapon on her.
Also Latasha wasn't being 'miss hardcore' she fought back out of fear because Mrs. Du physically grabbed her.
Plus, your entire argument is obviously very biased and you are just generalizing here. Obviously, not all black people are like that.

Hearing this makes me mad because you are accusing black people as terrorists. Are you basing these ideas from your personal experience with black people or are you brainwashed by the media portrayal of blacks?
The problem is about the increase crime rates that are happening and fewer officers. Instead of complaining about black people, why dont you complain about how there are not alot of officers to stop this.

This is an offensive and derogatory topic. Please understand soompi does not encourage racism in any form. You should back your statements up with facts instead of making sweeping generalisations like the ones you've made in this topic.
