Samsung I450 Korean Language Application urgent help please :)

Hey guys so I gave my brother my old Samsung i450 and he is pestering me to find an application file that can read korean letters i.e) for Mp3 file name songs. Because the korean letters are replaced with squares which is complicated to determine which song/artist is what. So if anyone has an application to share that'd be great! thankyou smile.gif

err. im pretty sure there is no application.. the phone either comes with it or it doesn't.
