Does anyone know anything about Liu Xin?

He/She is currently a JYP trainee.

JYP is planning to debut him/her in China, Korea, and the US.

Artists can only have an official thread here if they have released a(n) single/album/mini-album. You should talk about Liu Xin in the JYP Entertainment Thread instead.
