that's the recap of what happened at 5:30 AM today -_-.

when i try to turn my key in the ignition it won't budge at all.
also, the ... security light? theft light? keeps blinking. I'm thinking the whole "key won't turn thing" is because of the security features?
So my main question is, does anyone here know of a way to stop the security system so i can start my car? if there is a way?
i can't go to church or school if i don't figure this out >________________________< nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

i was googling around and some cars had ways to bypass it
ie) locking and unlocking the side door, etc.

have you checked if the steering got locked into place?

where did your car get hit?

If the lights are flashing it usually means a sensor or two were damaged

yeah give the steering wheel a wiggle or two, in my old teg the steering wheel would lock up if it's not completely aligned and the key would be locked it.

Yeah, for my mom's old car and my friend's '08 Civic, if the car won't turn in the ignition, just slap/wiggle the steering wheel a bit and it would work.

hey, my integra has the same problem, sometimes the key just wouldn't turn. i just keep trying and then it works maybe i moved the steering wheel without noticing.

I had something similar like this happen to me before, I just wiggled the steering wheel a bit and it worked for me.

Happens, probably your steering wheel is locked. Just like everyone else said, wiggle your steering wheel and if it doesn't work still, try wiggling both, it worked for me the last time that happened.

Lol. What happened to you wasnt funny... but it just remind me when my girlfriend told me HER mom backed into my car when I slept over there, turns out she was the one who backed into my car! "
