I noticed that alot of koreans have really wavy or curly hair... from looking at dramas, celeb photos and random photos of korean ppl..

I used to thought that all asians have straight hair..

also i thought the koreans curled it, but i then found out from korean friends with wavy hair that her hair is naturally like that..

so im just curious...

r there any koreans with straight hair at all?>

Korean people doesn't necessary have straight or curly hair. it's a mixed.

Most Koreans have straight hair like most asians. However, my cousin in Korea has naturally curly hair, but he's by no means common. My hair is also a bit on the wavy side for a Korean.

I think alot of them change their hairstyle that it's hard to tell if its natural or fake.
Some koreans get straight perms, and others get a wavy perm. So I think for natural hair styles, there is no definite answer as to what hair do koreans have to begin with, because alot of them have altered their hair in some way.

my hair is naturally straight. however, my friend's hair is wavy at the bottom naturally. and she didn't get a perm or anything: i saw her baby pictures and everything. she wishes she had naturally straight hair though haha ^^ but i think shes lucky

Not all Koreans have curly hair, just as not all Koreans have straight hair. Personally speaking, I have naturally straight hair that turns into a frizzy mess in humid conditions so I got the magic straight perm. It really differs from person to person.

i dont think its "rare" amongst asians other than koreans, i mean im chinese and i have wavy hair and i have a lot of chinese friends with wavy hair and taiwanese friends, doesnt matter if you're korean or not you can have curly/wavy hair if you're asian PERIOD.

I'm Asian, but not Korean and my hair is so curly that people think that I permed it. Which I haven't it is just naturally curly.

Some do and some don't, but mostly likely they go get perms. My hair is a mixture of straight & wavy hair ( naturally) and I'm Korean.

^ It's probably because we're on a korean forum, but honestly if you ask me. I don't think Koreans are that great. Some are but not a lot.

They all perm it... that's why it looks so dead... most of koreans I've seen have permed hair. but only SOME has it curly/wavy naturally. A FEW

chinese ppl and stuff some chiense ppl have wavy/curly hair some chiense ppl have dead straight hair

im half korean and half chinese.. my chinese side is all dead straight but my hair is kinda wavy cuz my korean side has some ppl with wavy hair
