so I bought the Belkin Remix Acrylic Case for iPod classic in metallic pink for 5 months now
and it has a lot of deep scratches on it! On my box it says life warranty.
Do you think I can get it change at the store I bought it at or who do I complain to?

you complain to belkin, apple doesn't care about your scratches.
but your warranty was for the case, not the ipod.
