After investing so much money this season on star players including a record transfer fee for Robinho, can Man City win the EPL or surpass their famous neighbours Man Utd tis season ?

lol, no chance. Did you see how Man city were easily brushed off by Chelski last week - theres a difference in class and its clear to see.

Man city can fight with the villas, spurs and evertons for 4th 5th spot this season, certainly not title contenders. Not even Robinho can single handly take city forward. The transfer window is shut and they can't buy anymore players till January - no top names will want to move mid way through the season.

By the way Man utd started off the same as last season, slow start but the outcome was 2 major titles, early days yet. Once Berbetov starts gelling with the team and when Ronaldo is back to full fitness then I can see them steam rolling teams for fun. They paid over the odds for Berbetov but thats what you pay for a class player.

On the plus side did you guys see Reading? We killed Sheffield Wednesday 6-0, hopefully be back in the Prem next season smile.gif
