Hey all,
I�m new to Soompi. Actually, I�ve been here before, but only lurking through my friend�s account. XD
So now I decided to get my own. (finally!)

SHINee and 2PM are two new boy-groups this year that gained quite the popularity after their initial debut (compared to the other new groups).
I totally love them both! Right now, I think I kind of favor them equally. Each of them are different and have great qualities of their own�

So, I was curious to what other Soompiers here think�
Which awesome new boyband do you like better between the two, if you could just pick one? And please share us some reasons why you LOVE them so much!

*Note:
I don�t intend to start a �war� between SHINee and 2PM fans, so please refrain from �arguing�, okay? This is simply a friendly poll (so let's keep it friendly). No bashing.
Remember, both groups are AWESOME, no matter what the results.
Because in the end, we can love them all!

Also, let�s not forget to appreciate the other new groups that came out this year (or will be coming out) - who I think are also cool to bring more music to the kpop world!

Oooooooh, that's a tough question!

I think both are pretty awesome, too!

Hmmm... but if I had to pick ONE ONLY... I'll say 2PM, because they're hot

and I like their style a little bit better.

However, both groups are great dancers!
And I do love SHINee's music and they're adorable cuties, as well.

EDIT: I forgot to say, Welcome to Soompi... I liked how you said not to forget about the other boybands, lol. Yeah! ^^

They both have totally different style and both groups are really talented...
But I will go for Shinee if have to choose only one...
The 5 boys are just so cute and boyish...definitely needs alot of love from nuna...

SHINee definitely!
They are the complete package!
Charm, TALENT, looks and have the right amount of crack! LOL
I guess the 2nd group i prefer next to SHINee is AST'1..(out of topic, yes ^^)
The rest, nah.... they didn't leave an impression on me.

they've got style, class and they're all so hot!!
i guess shinee is a bit too .. cute and SM-ey for me
plus, i like their songs

I love both of the groups <3
But since I'm like SM biased &
I'm just impressed by SHINee,
I choose SHINee (: TAEMIN *-*!

But 2PM is a wonderful group too.
They have great dancing skills &
their songs are great :D <3

i like them from the looks,to their styles,music
but i like SHINee too,my favorite boy group from SM

i enjoy both groups, but i chose SHINee. to be honest at first both groups did not appeal to me when i first watched their mvs and the songs weren't getting to me even after listening a few times. i also had doubts with the two. however, both group grew on me after watching their debut performances. i chose SHINee because when they debuted on stage, their performance and presence were strong, singing live and dancing was amazing and I instantly fell in love with SHINee. SHINee proved me wrong, cos i thought they'd be another group lipsyncing for their first stage performance lol. like 2pm i already knew they would be singing live. SHINee was a surprise. 2PM and SHINee is AWESOME in their own ways.
