Same also! What should I do? Download ALL of them at one time, and then? What player does this work with? I tired downloading one part and playing it, but that didn't work. What about the HJSplit?

I hated myself for not trying as hard as she wants me too but i can definitely said this will work if you have time to do it each day. Recently I have a channel called Exercise TV. Anyone watch this channel? anyways, i been doing this workout along with other trainer as well as Jillian Michael and it seem to be working because my arm and stomach has become slimmer but my weight hasn't dropped and i guess i gained some muscle weight too. best of luck to everyone.

i did level 1 today and i swear i was sweating like crazy. it was quite hard for a beginner like me LOL

but i feel great!!

will update later and see the progression. tongue.gif

I have a love/hate relationship with her workouts! It's only 20 min long but it definitely kicks your butt. I've been doing her shred for about 3 weeks now and I see a definite change in my body. Since I don't have a scale I can't say if i lost any pounds but my legs, arms, and stomach look more toned and skinnier (even my face looks sharper!). Remember muscle weighs more than fat! I'd rather look toned and weigh a little more than be skinny fat.

I am still on level 2 of her workout but I tend to switch around my workouts. That means I haven't been doing her shred everyday but about 3-4 times/week. The days where I don't do the shred, I usually go running for about 30 min or do an hour of yoga (some days I do a combo of cardio/yoga, but that's when I'm feeling extraaa good haha). I exercise 5-6 times a week so it is OK to take a day or two off during the week.

While you're on the shred try not to over exert yourself. If you need a day or two to rest sore muscles, do so and pick it right back up. You don't want to damage yourself. The dvd says 30 days but for me I think it will take longer than 30 days. Exercise is a lifelong journey so I've been going at a slow and steady pace while getting stronger each and everyday.

I've done this workout for a while, but stopped due to a fear of stretch marks.

Has anyone gotten stretch marks after the whole workout process?

I have Exercise TV. I don't think I get it on my channels, but it's on my cable's "On Demand" thing. They had week one up featured last week and I did it (except one day for reason's out of my control) and definitely got in some better shape by doing it. But yeah I didn't push as much either, but I still made it through (except day one lol). I hope the rest of the weeks are featured.

alright What lb weights should we use. **** i only have 8lbs and i tried using those and well..no its just to heavy. ha

^I don't recommend using 8lbs weight, i read from JM review that it makes your arm bulky if you use heavy weight. Try using bottle water instead.

I agree. It depends on what the person wants their arms to look like. I just use 5 lbs. It works and depending on the routine I'm doing it can be a good challenge. But yeah water bottles would work fine.

^ Thanks for the fast replys. Ive been dieting and doing well but right when it hits 7pm i loose control and slip up with the snacks :[. Im going to limit my eating to 7 and start this workout. Ill keep you guys posted. 20lbs? ill be happy with 10 hehe.

i was pleasantly surprised after 10 days to actually SEE a change in the mirror! =D my waist went in, my tummy was a tiny bit flatter and i just felt more fit throughout the day..... too bad i got bored after day 15 and now, the videos are just too blah for me to pick up again T_T
