Okay, i'm posting this for a friend since she's sooo lazy to post it herself. Well anyways, she lost the installation disk to her printer and she just bought a new laptop. And she really needs to install the printer.
What should she do ?

First post it in the right place..
Then just get the model number and go to the site... Heck you could probably just google like HP 1012 driver and it should pop up lol

simply go to the manufacturer's site for your printer (ie. hp.com) then click on support/driver, find your printer model and download the driver that is made for your specific printer.
