I have been going through a rough patch this semester with my best friend and all the emotion is taking a toll on me. I have major issues with Anger and handling stress It's also affecting people around me. I think I might need to get help from the campus counsellor. But I don't know what to say when I'm in her office.

Just tell your counselor exactly what you said in this thread, and they should take it from there. It's their job right?
