i used to do hardcore running on treadmill during jan - march, 400km throughout the 3 months and hurt my knees. I cut down my running, and finally took a break from the gym in july and august (ok, i still play cheat by running outside, and teaches kickboxing weekly.)
Now, i'm back to the gym in sept, resuming all my activities slowly..
my back hurt
it hurts so bad that even if i walk, i could feel the pinch of pain, on and off.
and it hurts even more when I
1. walk down the stairs
2. taking big steps up
3. sitting down
4. standing up
5. stretches my leg
6. bending down
7. squats (i noe i shouldnt be doing this.)
I've seen 2 doctors.
The chinese doctor told me that my spine is twisted, so she adjust it back for me
The western doctor told me , no big deal, prescribe me with muscle relax pills, vitamin pills and ask me to lose weight. saying that i could be too heavy, thats why it affects my knee and back.
He advise me to exercise more and eat less
the thing is that, i'm a exercise freak, i have no time for even more exercise..
i don't eat much, but i know i'm eating the wrong type of food like plenty of bread..
Now i'm in doubt
What's wrong?
Is my back ok? Which doctor should i trust?!?!

They will get your lower back in check.
It's probably from running a lot. Either that
or you lifted something incorrectly that was heavy
or you sit oddly. Either way do what I said in
the first line.

I've had back problems pretty much my whole life (I have a mild case of lorodosis-which means the inward curve of my spine is more extreme than it should be and throws things out of alignment causing lower back pain), and have found that chiropractic neurologists were the most effective when dealing with my pain.

You either have a bad posture or you're putting improper pressure on your spine through other means (do not use messenger bags. If you own any, burn them). Key to preventing back injuries, is.....wait for it....to have a big BUTT. Having solid gluts will support your spinal base, thus reducing the pressure required on your spinal column. Do less cardio and try focusing your training to your core muscles (abs and lower back), along with your a$$ (lunges, squats). I'll give you a $1,000,000 if this does not fix your problem.

And, chiropractic.. Ive never heard of that before... Ive gone to physio and they work nothing for me (my knees, not recovering.) so I dont trust physio anymore..
I cough today and my back really hurts A LOT when I cough

I think you should see a chiropractor and sit/walk in proper postures.it sounds really really serious.
i do think its the over exercising which caused the problems and pain in the first place.Stop for a while.

Ive just consulted another doctor and he advise me to RUN LESS, and slower. I was running yesterday, and when I accelerate, my left butt feels crap pain and brings a chill to my spine and mid back, and when I maintain on the speed, it feels better with just a pinch of pain on and off.
Why did my butt feel pain?

You really don't wanna mess around with back injuries, I know you like to exercise, but you might want to hold off a bit until you get things sorted out. Also, try using a machine like an elliptical or an AMT instead of running- they both have little to no impact and are less jarring to your joints.

I completely agree. Normal doctors are horrible
at diagnosing sports injuries. I had a back injury
and my doctor said if it starts to hurt a lot then I should
get surgery and plates put into my back. My chiropractor
and physiotherapist fixed me up quite well. You need to find
people who are specialized in the field. They will help you
the most. These being the chiropractors, the physiotherapists,
the chiropractic neurologists etc. I think it's too early to say
if it's a pinched nerve, none of us are trained medical professionals
and even if we were, we'd have to physically diagnose you.
To me personally it sounds like you may have herniated
the discs in your back but i'm not sure at all.

Bolded for truth, I know I threw it out there, but its just pure sounds-like speculation on my part. Go see a specialist and don't force yourself to stretch/bend when it hurts- you might make it worse.

first i iced it and what not.. only help very little.
then i went to an asian chiropractor and did electro-stimulation therapy for a while. It worked, but it didnt last very long in relieving the pain.
so i went to my friend's dad whose also a chiropractor. he told me to do these specific stretches, and after a month later the pain went away.
