Just running for 30 minutes 3 times a week can seriously do a whole lot, especially if you weren't very active before.
I say you start with that =) You can start small and as you keep up with a running routine, you'll want to continue to be more active and stuff. If you plan to do this really complex exercise regime too soon, you'll get tired of it really quick. Just start small and build up from there! Good luck.

You need to go on a low fat, low calorie diet. And do some excercising as well.
The deal is to burn more calories than you consume. Start jogging three days a week,
if you can...You can walk for minutes in between...Avoid junk foods, sodas too.
And drink water...
Good luck!!!!!!!!

why does this thread looks more like a lose weight thread than a lose chest fat thread?
i think maybe you can do push ups to strengthen your chest muscles[sides] and they won't be saggy.
About losing chest fat,i have no idea.My friend told me that you press ur chest area[ above your boobs and lower than your collarbones ],if the area there is very soft and feels fatty, its going to grow into your boobs.as in,your boobs will grow bigger.Until where the area becomes hard[ muscles ],then your boobs have completed the stages of growing.
Dunno if its true or not.
