I posted this little story about what happened to me in the college age section, but I'll tell the story again here just cause it's amusing.

For Korean class, we have to do these online oral questions. So last week, one of the questions was "2006년 오기 전에 뭘 하고 싶어요?" (What do you want to do before 2006 comes?)

so, just for laughs, I said "2006년 오기 전에 연에를 하고 싶어요." (Before 2006 comes, I want to fall in love.)

So my prof freaking sends me a reply saying "벤, 연에 한번 꼭 하세요!" (Ben, you have to fall in love!)

Now, in class, she keeps bringing that up; like today, we were learning about how to use "아/어/여야 했어요" and she says as an example, "벤은 여자 친구를 찾기로 했어요." (Ben has decided to find a girlfriend), and also "벤은 여자친구를 찾아겠어요." (Ben has a strong will to find a girlfriend). And then she goes "So, everyone, Ben is looking for a girlfriend."

OMG..that made me feel so depressed cause now I sound like some desperate dude in my class looking for a girlfriend o_o..She sounded like she was advertising me or something =( Man, this is, like, the class joke of the year - no, I'M the class joke of the year -___-

Man, if I were the prof, I would do that to you too.
There are 1, 2 ...2 months + 17 days to year 2006........ ( Don't feel bad, I actually find it cute)

Range, I'm so pissed off today. So goddamn pissed off. First, I get slagged for "flaming", when some morons obviously can't read (see previous page). Then I did a review for one of the fanfix peeps and she comes back with some snooty attitude along the lines of "I already knew what you have pointed out in the review" and I was like... if so, why bloody bother asking for a review? Of course, she's the writer and has stuff planned out, but I review fics on the basis of the stuff posted and I don't have a bloody radar to see what else she's thinking of, and I don't see the need for that snooty, uppity "I don't give a sh*t about your review, but thanks anyway" attitude.

We should make this forum invisible to non-20+ peeps.

ah, I hope you feel better tommorrow. I'm actually quite surprised how much traffic fanfics get and how uppity people can get there.. never thought it'd generate more replies than every single forum on Soompi bar 2 or 3.

haha..it's not that hard if you have a decent book and if you plan your own lessons even without a teacher. But watching movie sand listening to music is always the easiest way to learn a language ..that's how I started anyway

you know .. milk green bubble tea tastes REALLY good with hennesey (sp?) ... the bubble tea person put grand marnier in my friend's green bubble tea and he said it actually taste better with some henney so we bought some henney and poured it in our teas. hahahhaa, it was mad good!

we're going to open an alcoholic bubble bar (no one better steal my idea! )
