She said "you're part of my family, a big brother".
As much as I was expected to hear something like that sooner or later, it is still not easy to hear those direct words.
I guess this should be in love & relationships section, but I felt like sharing it with my kind of people.

Bartender! an Irish car bomb spiked with 151, please.
Cheers.

What path of abstaining from alcohol?
long story, but, back when i was crushing on someone, because she's not a drinker, i decided to abstain from alcohol. now that i'm over her, i still think it's best. i'm not of a drinker anyways, although i am curious about those jager bombs, and those yummy martinis i showed before

Oh I see, I thought is due to some religious rules...
I break some of them when I am not holding precepts...heehee..

man, if you knew me better, you'd never use the word "religious" to describe me. it's not that i'm against the idea, it's more that i'm too lazy to care / go. and i live less than a block away from a church. that should give you some idea how lazy i am o.O
i'd drink, but i really don't care much for the taste of straight alcohol. plus, i play a lot of ddr, so i don't want alocohol messing up my abilities.

melkimx, that guy is such a loser. And you're right, you're better off without him and not replying to his emails. What an insincere jerk. Maybe he'll get his retribution soon.
system, I hope you feel better!

Moogles ... wow, you're pretty quick to the gun there. [Forgets that there's a difference in time zones ~~~]
Yeah ~~~ I see a lady in distress, and I'm all up for making her feel better ... pat on the back ... or a red rose. Perhaps I should wear a smurf costume? ^_____^ A smile never hurts, ehh melkimx?
Well, if you do plan on coming to HK, I'm all up for a meet and greet. Expenses are pretty high here, so let's stall that LV bag (read: expensive brand) purchase you were thinking of, ehh?
Likewise, melkimx, if you plan to visit HK, I will roll out the red carpet for you ... best wishes to a new and brighter beginning. Here's a little something for you ~~~

i give you permission to write douchebag... jk. it's not a swear word, even... and i can think of a lot worse names to call that guy, anyway.
I need to get you a drink if i'm back in A2!
Stay focused until then.
soompi A2 meet up!

yeah, thanks! this is one time where i think it'd be nice to have single female friends w/ whom to complain, but my girl friends are all happily ensconced in relationships. i mean, i'm happy for them, but it's still pretty lame for me. anyway, i think he will get his retribution. it's just so weird to me that they got married; i don't even think either of them are capable of committing mentally.

for the record, i actually think i'd be quite happy if most of my exes found someone w/ whom to settle down...
OMG..YOU ACTUALLY USE WHOM TOO!!
but..wow he sounds like an arse..did his ex know about you and what he did just a couple of weeks ago - writing emails to you and such?
I say we all go and boil his brains >=O
at least you dont' have feelings for him though, otherwise it'd be that much harder for you to handle his spontaneous marriage.
