So I have had this persistent feeling of almost being trapped in my body for a while now approximately since the 11th grade. Everyday I feel plagued by the thoughts that I should do better, know more, be more active or be more accomplished. I’m now 19 and I feel as if I don’t know where my life is going, even career wise. Things that I thought I wanted I’m starting to realize that it’s not the case. I don’t have a backup plan and I can’t put off the thoughts anymore. As if that isn’t enough on a daily basis I get chronic headaches almost to the point of debilitation, so even if I had the energy or drive earlier to accomplish something the head pain will just end up stopping me. Its the worse feeling of hopelessness mixed with feeling as if your own body is shutting down on you. One moment you can want so much for your life and have a plan and the next minute I could be completely aimless and become flustered.
I guess what I’m asking is if anyone has ever experienced this before and if so did you get to the root of your problem and how. I am completely clueless at how to go about this because I’ve never liked being viewed as weak or I’ve suppressed my feelings. My closest friends don’t even know about my dilemma because I’m the one they think has their issues together or always has an answer

maybe you just need to reorganize your thoughts.
Try making a list of the things that make you feel happier and the things you want to accomplish.
Set steps you can take for these goals.
if there is something bothering you, don't ignore it and put it off till later. It will just make you feel worst. If it's something that will not go away till it's done better face it now than later.
If you want to lose weight, maybe you can start by doing a short 10 min exercise in the morning and extending it as you go. Have a small exercising corner prepared ahead of time so you wont feel lazy to prepare everything. replacing junk food with fruits. (I did this and go wonderful results plus i feel healthier and less sick)
when you feel that all doors are closed to you, all you need to do is knock.
