hi everyone!
I'm wondering if any of you have used spectro jel cleansers for your face before (especially if you have acne).
have you had any good/bad experiences with it?
I heard its slightly better than the ever popular cetaphil cleansers. It has slightly higher reviews.
it's soap free, fragrance free, pH balanced, and does not contain irritants like sodium laureth sulfate (which cetaphil has)
There's three types I believe: one for sensitive and problem prone, one for combination skin, one for dry.
Here's the ingredients of the cleanser that I wrote down for the sensitive skin + problem prone one:
Purified water, butylene glycol, glycerin, hypromellose, polysorbate 20, cetyl alcohol(moisturizer), hydrated silica, dimethicone copolyol, diazolidinyl urea, carbomer, triethanolamine, sorbitan oleate.
Fragrance free version, pH balanced, dermatologist reccommended!
Also is it good for removing makeup? I'm a guy, I don't wear makeup but I wear sunscreen--I heard sunscreen is quite hard to remove and most people say to properly remove it, you need to use makeup remover + cleanse again.
For those with acne, how has this cleanser affected it? Less breakouts? Worse? It supposedly doesnt cause irrtations, unless your allergic to ingredients.
So what do you guys have to say? Any help is greatly appreciated. ^^*

spectro works pretty well.. it's not very good at removing makeup so usually i use makeup remover first then spectro
as for acne.. usually i don't get them except for once a month thingy! anyways.. it works pretty well at taming the inflammation and stuff like that. if you are looking for an acne treatment one. i think it's the purple bottle<- sensitive and problem prone skin
for me it's doesn't smell that bad so i use it twice a day
