I don't live in the US but everything that happens there effects me immensely being that I'm in Canada.. You know, the elephant and the beaver..

Anyway I'm VERY excited for BoA debuting in North America not because she'll be in Canada touring sometimes and I may get to meet her, but because I truly feel that "eat you up" is the best music she's made since Girls on Top.

Since Girls on Top came out BoA's been off her game. Eat You Up just from the 50 seconds of clips I've seen looks possibly even better. I can't wait to hear the full song, it's so great!!

I really hope she does well in America, and I think she has the necessary skillset, as long as she's working really hard on her English, but it was understandable in an interview 5 years ago, so I'd assume she's better now.

I'm highly skeptical about this. The song doesn't leave an impression and is easily forgettable, not to mention the cheesy MV previews IMO.
But I love love love Boa and wish her tons of success.

the two hottest divas are back in the us.
it's hard to make an impression but also at the same time, if she leaves an impression, it'll be good as well.
there are pros and cons -- i just wish whoever enter the us go through with their sucess. so far, things have been delay for se7en and rain.
and out of the blue, i hear that BOA is debuting with already the preview of the mv-hoping for success for her as well ..

In that video it was kind of obvious she was trying to bite off Ciara and Brit Brit (Beyonce and BOA shouldn't even be in the same sentence.) So therefore comparison will be made. And Boa doesn't stand a chance against any american artist with that ish they are offering.

I think the person is pretty rude too,
however i think the album isnt really for BoA fans, is it?
she's trying to break thru the industry, make people who dont know her to like her.
so that comment was just how one of the people she's trying to attract feel ^^

i personally think the MV isnt all that great either
i like her korean n japanese songs n Mvs more
and as someone who lives in america, i dont think it is gonna be as successful as sm wants
however, we never know, this girl has been making miracles since the start
