Do you guys think it would be okay to use cruisers rather than plains vodka? I figured I could just use the flavour from the cruizer rather than buying already flavourefd gelatine.
3 oz Jell-O (any flavor)
6 oz water
6 oz vodka
Preparation:
Easy version:
Pour gelatin into a bowl.
Add boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in liquor.
Refrigerate until cool.
Pour into shot glasses, molds or a baking pan for a sheet of Jell-O to cut up once set.
Refrigerate until the liquid sets. (At least 2 hours, but overnight refrigeration is recommended)
Serve cold.

Next is the fun part....drinking it. Well it's not so much drinking it as letting it slide down your throat. Don't worry you won't taste the vodka in it, the jelly is nice though. Don't eat too much, remember how much vodka is in it.
You can also try this recipe with Rum, although I wouldn't recommend the 80% alc rum, which I brought back from St. Lucia .

Just my word of advice, don't exceed over 50% vodka (or any other type of alcohol) because alcohol freezes at a temperature of under minus 200 or so degrees celcius. Meaning, your freezer will not set your jelly. And keep in mind of the alcohol content in each shot.
This is definitely the best plan to sneak alcohol into a party but still, jelly+something extra will be yummy to try out.
