Well I received my Meizu M6 SL Version 8GB in white before school started .
And ever since then, I've been wanting to use it, but I can't even turn it on .
I'd press the play button but to no luck, it never turns on . Nothing, not even a flash .
I tried recharging it, but it would either recharge for like 40 seconds and turn off or not even charge at all .
I emailed the website I bought it from and they kept telling me to re set it, and I thought they meant the re set by pressing the play button for over 2 seconds, but they said put a paper clip where the re set button is, but there is no .

I'd like help please, I've searched up everything I could .
I've researched on the computer but haven't really found the right answer.
I think it's an internal problem, but I don't want to believe it's like that, so can anyone try and help me ?
I really need my mp3 now .

i think you might have to plug it in into your computer?

i forgot, when i got my meizu it was like that too.. i charged it but it was already full charged. good luck!

^ You mean plug it into the USB port ?
Cause I already did that, and it recharges for like 1 minute and just stops recharging, and one time, I pulled it out while it was recharging to see what would happen, and it said "Fully Charged" for one second, and the screen disappeared .
But when I try to turn it on, it never works .

hmm, i wish i remembered what i did to make it work :/

try holding the arrow (on the bottom) and the on and off button at the same time for at least 10 secs?

or, hold the arrow button alone and the screen might flash a little, then turn it on.
