Most of the time its just the run/walk on track and eliptical.
i really wanna do swimming, but i hate changing, cause everything gets so heavy.

It depends on your goal. I mainly train
for aesthetics so it would be different
than simply toning or w/e.

(youtube it), better yet here's the soompi thread : click here.
it works even if its kind of old fashioned looking;
i did it for about a month while eating healthier as well.
i lost weight.
i did this around 2 times a day.
sometimes, smaller versions of it so 2.5 times a day.
along with other forms of exercise (stairs, crunches, pushups, situps, leg exercise).

Turbo Jam
Hip Hop Abs
Wii Sports
Last summer (2007) I started working out with about 45~mins of Turbo Jam. I felt great, so I increased my workout habits by adding an hour (more or less, depending how I felt) of Wii Sports. With Wii Sports, it's not the sit down do nothing kind of thing, but actually getting up and into the game. I mostly did boxing though, because it felt like a balance between sides ( - meaning, baseball I'd only feel the workout in one side, the other side wouldn't get much of a workout). After a while of those two I eventually added about 45~mins of Hip Hop Abs. This worked wonders, seriously. I felt great, I wasn't so damn lazy and I lost a lot of weight as well. I also kept a journal of my workout + watched what I ate. ---- and yes, I would do all three each day. It would be a 2 and a half workout, but never all at once. I would do Turbo Jam before/after lunch, break, play wii, break, and hip hop abs.
It sucks now though because last October I got into a car accident, which resulted in a broken leg and I couldn't do my workout regime. I started to eat a lot and not do anything and then my bad habits remained after my leg healed. :( I was going to try working out again this summer but I was SOSOSOSO lazy. Augh, I couldn't even get past the 10 min mark for Hip Hop Abs I was so out of shape. :\

i went to walmart and bought billy's bootcamp - three dvds for only 20 bucks - which was awesome! & trust me its just
the same as the packages on the infomercials.
however, if you're trying to lose weight i would suggest that you eat smaller portions throughout the day, go jogging for at least 30 minutes five days a week,
and weight lift. a lot of girls think that weight lifting will make you look bulky but as long as you use smaller weights but with more reps. it'll work.
it burns fat, speeds up your metabolism and builds stronger muscle.

I lose like 7lbs in a week (ok I know, some water weight I lost too.) but at least I’m happy to see the numbers dropping I changed my diet this time round, by cutting down on dinner into just milk and fruits or vege+lean meat. and I’m still on it, I just started this exercise and food routine just 1 week ago but I’ve history of being a long distance runner so.. yea.
Once I lost 14lbs in less than 2 months, by pure running (4-5 times a week, at least 6 miles/run). No change in my diet (I eat losta carb, I’m carb addict).
So, run!!!!!!!!!

But I'm not much of a runner, so I sometimes do the whole jog/brisk-walking switch.
Lately, I've been stretching, walking briskly from classes and to the parking lot (instead of taking the shuttle bus, unless I was tired or had an exam), getting up and walking around often at home (drinking a lot of water makes you HAVE to move a lot, and so does not using the remote control), and eating more often in small portions.
I did lose about 10 pounds in a month (maybe a month and a half) this past winter from just cutting down my food portion size and increasing how often I eat + briskly walking around a lot (spent most of my time walking around shopping centers, but I'm not a patient shopper so I just speed along).
