i'm getting tired of this world.. i try to be nice and be myself and be humble and stuff, nobody appreciates it.
if you know what i mean.
i try to give my understanding and my compassion but everyone in this world seems to take advantage of it and throw it away.
i'm getting tired, i feel as if i'm trying to be the sweetest nicest guy for nothing.
isn't there anybody in the world who is pure to the heart.
this is a pure effin evil world who gives nothing about each other and everyone is selfish.
i'm not trying to sound emo, i'm just being honest from experience.
i give up on this world, pisses me off so much.
i know it's hard to understand me because i give no sense of logic and just pure emotion.
but it's hurting me deep so i'm just ranting through all emotion.
sometimes i search and search for someone to tell me it's okay
that there is hope. that there is a light at the end of the tunnel but there is nobody to tell me that.
what the f.
edit -
and the worse thing is, when i explain this to people, they just alllllll effin ignore me.
like WHAT THE EFF.

There's really no such thing as an unique individual. When your wild and artsy, as crazy as you are, you're put in the kookoo corner along with the rest of the kookoos. If you're angsty, you're in with the emos. If you're happy and active in school, join in with the preps! We deny the labels, but it's still implanted into our very skulls.
It's even worse when people believe they need to fit into a label. AKA "I'm emo and I'm proud! Just because we're emo doesn't mean we're like bad angsty people." D:
Sad thing.
Even I have tendencies to do the same when I'm well aware... :/

its more about me putting on a facade to please others. i just can't say no.
cos if i really did let loose man would i be a pinkberry.
like the previous poster said, if u don't put on a mask with these accepted rule and codes you won't fit in.
thats why everything feels like a show.

But no matter how the whole world is, your family is different. If you feel like the world is corrupt, then look for help in ur family. Your family love and appreciate you for who you are. They're pure in the heart for you. People can be pleasant and true to the things they feel is right.
People in general r emotionally weak. Their heart is a weak place so they need to protect that by being cold, "fake" and avoid being use or tramble on. Unless you can take all that negativities out from this world, people will still continue to be fake.
If you're a good guy, continue to be a person who you are comfortable being. You can't change the world, but you can transform ur good energy to those who you love. You cant expect everyone to be nice like you are, but you can expect that from your real true friend...
Wow, that was long n i sounded so emo..

Still, I don't think anyone can be totally true to themselves as well as others.

well in your case you put on a ugly mask
maybe thats why you like joker and batman so much, they hide the ugly face feature with white powder and a mask

you cannot please everyone.. i'm sure everyone was taken for granted at some point in their life..
if you think being too nice is your problem, then try being less nice.. change the things that you can change and accept those that you can't..
that's life so i guess you just have to deal with it.. others are experiencing more difficult problems but they find ways to manage..
don't expect people to like you the way you want them to like you..
know you worth..
..You are my sweetest downfall..

But for me, i put up a front so people won't hurt me. I dont' put up a front to lie to others, but to prevent anyone
from getting near me. Having a front can be to trick others or protect oneself.
But being the nice, sweet guy; if you try to hard being that perfect guy you are putting up a front too.
Be yourself, and wait for someone to appreciate you for who you are. Because no matter how hard one tries
we can't be that "perfect" person we want to be.

Seriously, is there anybody alive (or not) who spoke their mind their entire existence? I honestly dont think so. Sometimes, it is for the better, because think about it, what if everyone announces the hatred toward other people, the world would be a bigass war. On the other side, there are people who think someone is pretty but wouldnt say it because of either shyness or they're too jealous to acknowledge others' beauty.
I've thought about this for a while too. Actually, I wrote a ten-page analysis on it for psychology. But with that said, people are putting on a mask. Even I put on different masks in different situations. For once, when people cry in front of others, it usually isnt because they're truly that sad, they just want some sympathy, while others who refuse to cry in front of people might just be trying to look tougher.
What I believe though, is that some people care, and to certain extent, everyone cares. Mothers care for her kids unconditionally, and those who dont are really just outcasts. When I read the news about this one guy being sentenced to death in Texas, my mom said that noone gives a sh!t if scumbags like that die, but his mom does... I'm sure his whole family does. In every crime, the violator's family is one of the biggest victims, because they, too, most likely just lost their son/daughter. And no, I'm not justifying criminals (god, no!) I'm just offering my point of view. People may be fake, but in the end they just want some sympathy, and some people try to give sympathy and acknowledge everyone, and I admire them... a lot.
Well, I hope you feel better, and please dont give up. Its not worth it, coz I'm sure there is someone out there who cares for you, ok? Good.

Ever since my friends have gotten older and after they've gotten into high school, I feel like a lot of them put on a front just so that everyone will like them and accept them. I've been with them since elementary school, and I don't know if it's because they've changed or because they're scared that they won't be accepted for who they are.
Whatever it is, I feel like it's "fake" and a lot of times, I feel frustrated/annoyed that I seem to be the only one sticking to my morals and my word.
I'm naturally a nice and forgiving person, but I feel like the situations that I'm in are telling me to be a bit rougher and more realistic. So I understand. I feel like I'm doing good, and I don't get good in return.
But there are good people. There are people who really care and are honestly genuine. I think you should look for those traits in making a new friend or acquaintance.
As for the people who take advantage of you, I think that you should still be there for them, but not offer as much. If they keep on taking advantage of you or throwing away your good deeds, then reconsider your friendship with them? Don't lash out on them though
Don't know if that helped, considering the fact that I'm way younger than you.
But I just really wanted to say that yes, I feel the same way

You're the only fake person out there.
lol i was like "why would he admit that??" haha
anyway
although it may feel like you're surrounded by fakes, there are still genuine people in this world.
i used to feel like that until i met my best friend. shes the most simple, genuine person out there.
