anyone ever have it? lately i've been feeling tired all the time, killer sore throat, and a fever. + stomach pain and vomiting. i'll be getting checked for it tomorrow. if you've had it, how long does it last?

I've had friends who've had it. Usually, they're out of school for at least a whole month, maybe two.

my friend was out for 3 months, and even after she still had trouble focusing in school so she took a year off at post-secondary school.

i had a killer sore throat and went to see my doc, i thought i had strep (had that in high school!) but i tested negative and he said that if i dont feel better i might have to do a blood test for mono.
it was just a minor sore throat though, thank god. my bf's mom had mono and she was out for like 3 weeks, as well as my friend.
