I just heard that last year, no one from UCLA got into UCLA med school. o_o
If so, then where do most UCLA grad med school get their students? It is better to go to UCSD to get into UCLA med school?

Also, which college in UCSD is best for medical program? And what percentage of UCSD's undergrad get into their own grad school?

I used to work at the UCLA graduate school office. It's not true that no one from UCLA got into the UCLA Med School. Unless no one applied -.- It's just that most students in UCLA preferred to go to a different med school elsewhere.. I mean most people would want to move around rather than just staying in one area after 4 years. As long as you have a competitive application, then I shouldn't see why you wouldn't be able to get into UCLA Med School.

This might just be a rumor, but I heard that if you went to UCLA, it's harder to get into UCLA med school... and if you go to UCI, it's harder to get into UCI med school, etc.

I'm not sure if it's true or not though.
