I'm at 130 lbs and I don't like it because I feel...too fat compared to many of the girls haha.
But yeah don't force yourself to overeat or any of that. Thats not good for your body.
I think...let your body do what it needs to be healthy?
If you're athletically toned and all that, I think thats good enough.

for faster results, stock up on sugars found in candy, cakes, etc. basically the bad carbs. if you eat too much of it your body won't be able to use it and will turn it into fat.
not a good idea though.....bad health.
so my vote is to eat healthy like always but increase your calorie intake. it may mean eating more or eating richer foods than you do now.

Eat & sleep. A lot.
When you have lunch or dinner, always add another spoon of food or two to your plate when you are getting your portion.
If you are craving for something sweet to eat, replace fruits with chocolate, candy or cake.
What is also important, eat faster. The feeling of "being full" when you eat starts after ~20 minutes. So if you eat slow and hit the 20 minutes, you will already feel full and not be able to eat that much anymore. If you eat fast, however, you will already have more food and with that more calories in your body before feeling full.

well yea. this is the unhealthy way...super unhealthy Dx
don't walk to school, during lunch...really just sit and eat.
your after school activity: eat. eat. eat.
when you get home do what you have to do and after that eat.
watch tv and eat.
put hersheys and chips next to your bed...when you pee at night...EAT.
LOL.
here's your meal plan...
breakfast:pancakes/waffles with lots of condensed milk/syrup + vinilla smoothe
snack:hersheys/cheetos/huge cookie
lunch:mcdonalds!
snack:cupcake/muffin/donut/icecream
dinner:kfc with white rice
snack:icecream
SLEEP WITHIN 2 HOURS! xD
okay yea. good luck@becoming a fatty.

You may be at a healthy weight but your internal organs
wont be very healthy with all that added fat. Just eat a lot
of garbage foods if you want to get fat and clog your arteries.
McDonalds is a great way to start. Get some taco bell on the side.
Have some beer or hard liquor to drink with that. Have a blast.

If you want to be fat just eat mcdonalds 6 times a day ~ easy. Or pizza~ 5 bucks for a medium sized from most fast food places.
A lot of times soompiers don't state the actual meaning properly and use terms and words they have picked up through equally uninformed uneducated inexperienced health & fitness neophytes...
I think.. maybe... This one person... o.O

Back when I was in high school, I was really skinny too, and people used to call me anorexic when I wasn't. =[ So, I really wanted to get fatter also.
HOWEVER, now that I'm in college... I totally gained the Freshmen 15... ugh, I wish I had my wonderful skinniness back.... T_T

& eat carbs everyday,eat 3 times a day.but take a big portion.
drink cola or carbonated drink everyday.or milo in big glass with many milk everyday.
if you awake at night,eat.
but after you got the weight you want.try to reduce the food intake.or else you will be obese.
im obese so i know what can make you fat.i've been doing that for 14 years and now im obese.
good luck with reducing the weight again.
