I'm doing my internship this coming Spring season
my course is Hotel and Restaurant Management
any good place where i can do my practicum?
a place that is not boring, where i can walk, have a good weather, safe and not so expensive apartment/room/food.
I'm thinking to go Atlantic City,NJ or lake tahoe, nevada?

Lake Tahoe is good ... I like the Nevada side more since there's stuff there. 
Nice in the summer and winter, with snow and lakes and it's pretty ....
There's also Reno, NV. Avoid Las Vegas obviously, lol.
