i'm trying to use spyware doctor right now and was wondering if it is a good program to use also do i have to buy it to get rid of the bugs and stuff? thanks.

I've heard that it wasn't too bad and it does offer basic realtime protection (however many antivirus software will offer this too but may or may not be as good). If you are looking to try different software, I recommend Malwarebyte's product - tried it recently and found that it does a rather good job catching more recent malware that other software were not able to catch.
